Irena Raskin’s practice is devoted to art law, real estate
transactions and mediation services. She specializes in a wide array of real property matters,
including commercial leasing, acquisition and sale of improved and
unimproved real property and bank REO’s.
Frequently serving as a mediator, Irena successfully
facilitates efficient and sensible resolutions aided by her
experience as a real estate broker.
She and her firm also represent visual artists, galleries,
art collectors, and creative businesses, advising on all aspects
of the sale, purchase and collection of fine art. Irena also works with various organizations to recover
Holocaust-era assets and payment of reparations. Among other leadership positions, Irena is the current
President of the Beverly Hills Bar Association
Barristers.
